Carrying on the legacy started when the restaurant opened in 2006 are Chef de Cuisine Brian Sinnott,
Restaurant Manager Claude Renner and Sommelier Amanda Murray. They have more than 35 collective years
of experience providing the stage for memories.
Focusing on fresh local fare, Chef Sinnott works with local farmers and producers in creating the restaurant's
signature Southland coastal cuisine. His seasonal menus offer the very freshest area ingredients with selections
from Santa Ynez to Cabo San Lucas. A vast wine library also highlights local vintners.
